A school and a home,

Caring for the orphan
وَيُطْعِمُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا
“And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive.”
Qur’an, Surah Al-Insan 76:8
Translation: Sahih International
The Prophet ﷺ said, “I and the person who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in Paradise like this,” putting his index and middle fingers together.
When a man dies, his acts come to an end, but three: recurring charity, or knowledge by which people benefit, or a pious son who prays for him.
Two strands of learning, side by side
Al-Falah combines the Kenyan Competency-Based Education curriculum with a full Islamic education. The two are studied together throughout a boy’s schooling, so academic progress and faith grow hand in hand.
